Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Service Requirements

  • Minimum age 25 (21–24 allowed with fee)
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Government ID & credit card required

Reservation & Payments

  • Bookings subject to availability
  • Security deposit required
  • Deposit refunded after inspection (7–10 days)

Vehicle Usage

  • Drive responsibly and follow traffic laws
  • No unauthorized drivers
  • No illegal or commercial use
  • No intoxicated driving

Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance included. You are responsible for damages up to deductible and all fines incurred during service.

Fuel & Mileage

  • Return vehicle with same fuel level
  • Extra mileage charged per km
  • Unlimited packages available

Returns & Extensions

  • Request extension 24 hours prior
  • Late returns incur charges
  • No refund for early return on prepaid bookings

Damage & Loss

You are responsible for damage, theft, lost keys, interior cleaning, and associated repair costs.

Accidents

  • Notify support immediately
  • File police report if required
  • Cooperate with insurance investigation

Legal & Liability

Our liability is limited to service charges. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicarle local laws and jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
