We aim to provide fair and transparent refunds. This policy explains eligibility, timelines, and conditions under which refunds are issued.

Cancellation Before Trip

  • 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Within 24 hours: 50% refund
  • No show: No refund

During Trip

  • No refund for unused days in prepaid bookings
  • Partial refund possible for vehicle issues
  • Full refund if trip stops due to mechanical failure

Security Deposit

  • Refunded within 7–10 business days
  • Deductions may apply for damages, fuel, fines, or late return

Add-On Services

  • Insurance & accessories refundable before pickup
  • No refund once service is used

Special Cases

  • Full refund for extreme weather or medical emergency
  • Documentation may be required

Refund Timeline

  • Standard refunds: 5–7 business days
  • Deposits: up to 10 days after inspection
  • Bank processing may add 3–5 days

How to Request Refund

  1. Contact support with booking ID
  2. Explain reason
  3. Submit documents if required
  4. Decision within 48 hours

Disputes

Appeals must be submitted within 30 days with supporting details.
