We aim to provide fair and transparent refunds. This policy explains eligibility, timelines, and conditions under which refunds are issued.
Cancellation Before Trip
- 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- Within 24 hours: 50% refund
- No show: No refund
During Trip
- No refund for unused days in prepaid bookings
- Partial refund possible for vehicle issues
- Full refund if trip stops due to mechanical failure
Security Deposit
- Refunded within 7–10 business days
- Deductions may apply for damages, fuel, fines, or late return
Add-On Services
- Insurance & accessories refundable before pickup
- No refund once service is used
Special Cases
- Full refund for extreme weather or medical emergency
- Documentation may be required
Refund Timeline
- Standard refunds: 5–7 business days
- Deposits: up to 10 days after inspection
- Bank processing may add 3–5 days
How to Request Refund
- Contact support with booking ID
- Explain reason
- Submit documents if required
- Decision within 48 hours
Disputes
Appeals must be submitted within 30 days with supporting details.
